Rainbow V SS Crosses 13A new clue idea specific to rainbows:
A Cross cell is the one where the three missing numbers are the same, the missing number in the nonet = the missing number in the row = the missing number in the column.
For example if the same number is missing from r2, c3 and n1, then the Cross cell in n1 is r2c3 and that cell has a Cross cell value.
Clue: eight crosses contain the same number; the ninth contains a different one.
This is hard definitely assassin level.Rainbow:
The numbers are from 0-9.
There is a zero in every nonet, row and column. Zero was chosen as it increases the killer combinations, so I am sticking to it.
Each other number is missing from one and only one nonet, row and column.
For standard sudoku it is proven that the missing number in each nonet is at the crossover of the missing number in that row and column, this is not true for Jigsaws.
SemiSymmetric: there are five unknown pairs of numbers.
Opposite each cell number: the opposing number is itself or its partner.
At least one cell pair is required to be self-symmetric.
From this: r5c5 = 0 zero and its partner is missing in n5, r5 and c5. Solution:3 2 8 6 7 4 9 5 0
